Day 262: I may be in a rut. Salad, again! Cabbage, shredded Brussels sprouts, sliced kohlrabi, mung bean sprouts, green onion, miso-peanut dressing, and fried tofu.
Day 263: was going to make stir-fried greens but we woke up late and I was too hungry to wait that long. So, more of the same salad! Cabbage, shredded Brussels sprouts, mung bean sprouts, green onion, radishes (radishes instead of kohlrabi ≠ variety). Miso-peanut dressing, fried tofu.
